meteoblue presents a major upgrade of content pages

Our product and help pages underwent a complete overhaul, introducing a new structure and design.

If you are a regular user of meteoblue, you probably know of our content pages, which serve primarily as product overviews and support pages for our services. In the recent months, these pages underwent a complete overhaul, introducing a new structure and design. This article will walk you through the new pages, focusing on some of the most relevant use cases and highlighting their respective key features.

The new architecture of our content pages is aimed at the user’s maximum ease of navigation. The overview page structures our content into the following categories:

Business Solutions

This section offers descriptions of our solutions specifically designed for businesses. You can proceed by business sector or by the type of product you are looking for and find all relevant product information on the designated sub-pages. We have also improved our City Climate services descriptions.

Private customers

In this section, you can find all information which mainly a private or direct service user might need:

  • Website help - detailed explanations of all meteoblue features and functionalities, including our renowned meteograms, unique maps and complex trajectories.
  • Weather apps - if you want to replace your pre-installed generic phone app with meteoblue and always have access to most accurate and reliable weather data, this is the section you are looking for: the apps show you all pertinent weather information in a concise, award-winning way.
  • Website subscriptions - in this subsection, we describe how you can benefit from our website subscriptions.

Research & Education

Our content pages have always been very popular among meteorology teachers and students, weather and climate professionals, and geoscience geeks. This section offers information on scientific cooperations for students and other scientists. In addition, we also support teachers or professors with educational resources.

Furthermore, the following topics are covered in this section:

  • Weather data accuracy - here, you can read about the processes we conduct to maintain the world's highest publicly documented weather data accuracy.
  • Specifications - in this subsection, we look at the individual weather variables, the ins and outs of weather modelling, post-processing techniques, and plenty of other fascinating topics.

About us

Here, you can find everything you always wanted to know about meteoblue (but were afraid to ask):

  • References - this section helps you find out what our long-standing partners and clients say about our company, explore our most remarkable appearances in the media, list through the awards we have received throughout our history, and more.
  • Other subsections include how you can get in touch with us, our management team, and career opportunities.

On top of the above-described structural innovations, we have also prepared new graphic elements and re-designed several pages. If you go deeper into those new pages, you can find even more improvements such as the carousel showing our six dimensions directly below the main menu. The pages in the carousel lead fast and easily to the most important pages.

The new overview of our users’ testimonials gives you a great overview of our most important business references, use cases of what can be done with meteoblue weather data and customer feedback.

And finally, we have implemented a pop-up contact form in order to simplify and expedite communication with our users. What are your impressions regarding our content page upgrade? Please let us know in the comments below!
