Thus a Red Flag Warning remains for much of western North Dakota through this evening. Some western areas will see poor humidity recoveries tonight, followed by more critical fire weather conditions with very low humidity values and breezy winds on Monday. These critical fire weather conditions will also extend into south central portions of the state. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
