Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd affecting Jones, Cedar and Linn Counties.

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa

North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County.

Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties.

  • WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

  • WHERE: Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd.

  • WHEN: Until early Friday afternoon.

  • IMPACTS: At 16.5 feet, Jungle Town Road is closed.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.1 feet.
    • Forecast: The river will remain around 16.5 feet through early Wednesday morning before falling. It will fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
    • Flood stage is 14.5 feet.
