ภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนน้อย แต่มีฝนตกหนักพื้นที่บริเวณด้านตะวันออกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบนและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ในขณะที่ลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมด้านตะวันออกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านอ่าวไทย และภาคใต้ สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนัก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังได้ ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังรวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The high-pressure system covers upper North and the upper Northeast while the southeasterly wind bring the moisture from the South China Sea to the eastern part of the Northeast and the East. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the South while less rains and isolated heavy rain are forecast in the eastern part of the Northeast and the East. For the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
