The southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers coastal of upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin with isolated thundershowers in the country and isolated heavy rains in the East and the South (west coast).
People should beware of severe conditions. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
