  • WHERE: Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS, Doniphan, Johnson KS, Leavenworth and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, De Kalb, Holt, Howard, Jackson, Lafayette, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Platte, Randolph, Ray and Saline.

  • WHEN: Through Monday evening.

  • IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
