ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The strongest winds will be between 9 AM and 1 PM, especially in the northern Champlain Valley and northern slopes of the Adirondacks, with another round of strong winds in northern New York between 3 PM and 8 PM. Fully leafed out trees will result in more tree damage than with similar wind speeds during the colder months of the year.
