Due to the influence of rain and snow weather, all townships (streets) in Dongchang District, Erdaojiang District, Tonghua Pharmaceutical High tech Development Zone, and Jilin Tonghua Land Port Economic Development Zone may experience road icing and snow that may affect transportation. The Municipal Emergency Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Observatory jointly remind pedestrians and drivers to pay attention to traffic safety. When passing through accident prone sections such as bridges, tunnels, culverts, sharp turns, and steep slopes, it is necessary to maintain a safe distance and reduce speed.
