Menominee River near Florence affecting Dickinson, Iron and Florence Counties.

Menominee River near McAllister affecting Menominee and Marinette Counties.

For the Menominee River,including Florence, McAllister,Minor flooding is forecast.

  • WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

  • WHERE: Menominee River near McAllister.

  • WHEN: Until further notice.

  • IMPACTS: At 16.5 feet, Water approaches River Drive and Shore Drive west of Wallace in Menominee County, Michigan. Water approaches South Park Road east of Porterfield.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.8 feet.
    • Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
    • Recent Activity: The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Thursday was 17.2 feet.
    • Forecast: The river is expected to fall to 15.3 feet Thursday, April 30.
    • Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
