The moderated southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the upper Gulf and Thailand. Meanwhile the low-pressure caell over the Gulf of Tonkin with isolated thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in the western of the North and the Northeast. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are moderated. The wave are 1-2 meters high, 1–2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
