It is moving South Southwestward at 20 km/h. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains AND thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Basilan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Gubauan and Kumalarang. + **Maguindanao** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Nituan, Mindanao, Dalican, Allah, Buluan, Matuber, Mlang and Lower Mlang. + **North Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Libungan, Malasila, Toliman-Dunakling, Maridagao, Kabacan, Muleta, Arakan, Kulaman, Upper Mlang and Pulangi. + **Sulu** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Lanao Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dapao and Matling.
