Close doors and windows, reinforce fences, sheds, billboards and other structures that are easily moved by the wind, properly place outdoor items and equipment that are easily affected by strong winds, and cover building materials. 3. Take proactive measures for water operations and passing vessels, such as returning to port for shelter or navigating in a detour. 4. The public should take safety precautions for outdoor activities and avoid riding bicycles as much as possible. When the wind blows, do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. 5. Pay attention to fire prevention in forests, grasslands, and other areas.
