Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK PAOLO will continue moving west northwestward towards southern China. While moving over the West Philippine Sea, PAOLO may re-intensify into a typhoon today.
