ภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ขอให้ประชาชนในภาคใต้ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ห่างฝั่งของทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง สำหรับเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยควรงดออกจากฝั่ง
