Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 515 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.5°N,131.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Sarangani** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kalaong, Buayan-Malungon, Lun Padido, Lun Masla and Glan. + **South Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Siquil, Makar and Banga. + **Sultan Kudarat** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tian and Kraan. + **North Cotabato** - All rivers and its tributaries

Instructions:

People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
