The southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers coastal of upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin with isolated thundershowers in the country and isolated heavy rains in the East and the South (west coast). People in the East and the South (west coast) should beware of severe conditions. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบนและอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
