IMPACTS: At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding reaches the floor of Schumacher Crossing east of Hunt preventing easy travel to western parts of the county. Areas of the headwaters are isolated temporarily as low water crossings flood.

- At 307 PM CDT, Between 4 and 12 inches of rain have fallen earlier today. There will be residual areas of flooding of poorly drained areas. Also, due to the severity of the earlier flooding, there could be debris on roadways that could make travel conditions hazardous.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 1 inch are possible over the area. This additional rain could result in additional minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Kerrville, Ingram, Hunt, Kerrville-Schreiner Park and Waltonia.

Considerable to locally catastrophic flash flooding impacts are likely for the southern Edwards Plateau, Rio Grande, Hill Country, and US 90 corridor west of San Antonio. Excessive runoff will result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Catastrophic impacts are possible downstream of the heaviest rains. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
