The fog could be locally dense at times with visibilities down to a quarter mile, especially in the river valleys and other low-lying areas. Expect conditions to quickly improve by 9 AM and afterwards. Motorists should exercise caution as visibilities may change suddenly over short distances. Use low-beam headlights and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
