People in Thailand should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำ ไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
