Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities; 3. Close doors and windows, reinforce structures such as enclosures, sheds, and billboards that are easily moved by the wind, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 4.
