Close doors and windows, reinforce structures such as enclosures, sheds, and billboards that are easily moved by the wind, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 3. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible and avoid lingering under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when it is windy; 5.
