  • WHERE: In Oregon, Clackamas County Cascade Foothills, North Oregon Coast Range, North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, Outer Southeast Portland Metro, Upper Hood River Valley, Cascade Foothills of Marion and Linn Counties, Lane County Cascade Foothills, and Linn County Lowlands Counties. In Washington, North Clark County Lowlands and South Washington Cascade Foothills Counties.

  • WHEN: From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Sunday.

  • IMPACTS: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Chances for sub-freezing temperatures below 32 degrees are high in Parkdale and Dee (70-90%) tonight into Sunday morning. However, the majority of the Upper Hood River Valley should remain above freezing with lows of 33 to 36 degrees, including in Odell.
