At 17:44 on October 9, 2026, the Altay Meteorological Observatory issued a blue frost warning signal: it is expected that the lowest ground temperature in most parts of Altay will drop below 0 ℃ on the morning of the 11th, and there will be light frost, which will have adverse effects on agricultural production. Please pay attention to strengthening prevention.
