ประเทศไทยตอนบน และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตกมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย คลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชันบริเวณมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก มีแนวโน้มทวีกำลังแรงขึ้นเป็นพายุโซนร้อน และจะเคลื่อนผ่านตอนบนของประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ลงสู่ทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบนในช่วงวันที่ 24-25 ก.ค. 2569 หลังจากนั้นคาดว่าจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศจีนในช่วงวันที่ 26-27 ก.ค. 2569 โดยพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย ขอให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปในบริเวณดังกล่าวตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางในช่วงวันดังกล่าวไว้ด้วย

The low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with isolated heavy rains in the upper country and the South(west coast) regions. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. After that during 26-27 July 2026, It is forecast to make landfall over Guangdong, China. This storm is forecast to not move to Thailand.
