ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีลมกระโชกแรง และมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ในด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้แล้ว ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และภาคใต้ตอนบน ในขณะที่มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำเคลื่อนตามแนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านบริเวณภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามัน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The high-pressure system from China extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly wind prevails over the upper country and the upper South while the low-pressure cell move through the monsoon trough lies across the middle South. Continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy rains are forecast in the South while isolated heavy rains with gust are possible in the western part of the Central region. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People in the areas should beware of gusty wind, heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
