WHERE: Mississippi River at Natchez.

WHEN: Until Monday evening.

IMPACTS: At 38 feet, Lowlands along the river in areas not protected by levees begin to flood. On both side of the river, there are areas that contain oil and gas wells; however, these are not affected until higher stages.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 7:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 40.1 feet.
- Forecast: The river has crested and is currently falling.
- Action stage is 38 feet.
- Flood stage is 48 feet.
