The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Tuesday.

WINDS: Northerly winds between 15 to 20 mph will gust as high as 30 mph.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY: As low as 15 to 20 percent.

IMPACTS: Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
