The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and the upper Laos, and the rather strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low pressure cell covers the upper North. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country with isolated very heavy rains in the North, the Northeast and the East regions. The rather strong wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to 2-3 meters, above 3 meters in thundershowers. About 2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transports take more caution during the phenomena.

ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
