พยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้า บริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคใต้ตอนบนมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณภาคตะวันออกจะเคลื่อนตามแนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคกลางตอนล่าง และภาคตะวันออก ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 27 ก.ย. 69
An active low-pressure cell over the East is expected to moves along the monsoon trough which lying across the lower Central and the East regions while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is strengthening. Scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rain is forecast in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity and the East regions while isolated heavy rains are possible in the North and the South region. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Andaman Sea, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Gulf keep ashore lasting 27 September 2026.
