ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ลำพูน ลำปาง พะเยา น่าน แพร่ อุตรดิตถ์ และสุโขทัย ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน พื้นที่ลุ่ม และพื้นที่น้ำท่วมขัง เนื่องจากมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศเมียนมาตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยง การเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งต่อไปอีก 1 วัน
