  • WHERE: Portage, Wood, and Waupaca Counties.

  • WHEN: Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

  • IMPACTS: Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
