ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออกยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงที่ปกคลุมภาคกลางและกรุงเทพมหานครรวมทั้งปริมณฑล จะเคลื่อนตามแนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคกลาง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำท่วมสะสม น้ำล้นตลิ่ง และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 28 ก.ย. 69
An active low-pressure cell over the Central including Bangkok and vicinity is expected to move through the Central along the monsoon trough lies across upper Thailand while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is strengthening. Continuous rain and scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rain is forecast mostly in the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore lasting 28 September 2026.
