The rather strong monsoon through lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast of Thailand into the low-pressure cell over Hainan, China while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the South. The weak winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves have about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
