IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Another complex of thunderstorms will move across the area late this afternoon and evening, bringing another round of heavy rain to the area. Rainfall rates in the stronger storms will be in the 1 to 2 inch range, which could result in additional flooding into this evening.
