- At 1207 PM EDT, Additional heavy showers will move across the advised area throughout the early afternoon and a quick additional inch of rain will be possible. Lingering high water conditions and elevated streamflows will persist. There remains the likelihood of flooding of low lying areas along Second, Third and Fourth creeks, as well as Grants and Town Creeks.

While additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected to be widespread across the watch area this afternoon, isolated locations are expected to see multiple rounds of very heavy rainfall, and localized amounts as high as 3 inches are possible, enhancing the potential for flash flooding in these areas.
