The Water Resources Bureau of Dulan County and the Meteorological Bureau of Dulan County jointly issued a meteorological risk warning for flash floods: affected by rainfall, it is expected that from 15:00 on June 30th to 15:00 on July 1st, there is a high possibility of flash floods in Chahanwusu Town, Xiariha Town, Rehui Township, and Gouli Township of Dulan County (yellow warning), and Xiangjia Township may experience flash floods (blue warning). Please pay attention to real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and evacuation measures in all regions.
1. Implement the county-level mountain flood prevention and protection responsibility system, and work with meteorological, emergency, and grassroots governments to monitor, warn, consult, judge, and respond to emergencies; 2. Relevant regions and units shall implement a leadership shift and 24-hour duty system, closely monitor precipitation conditions, timely activate contingency plans, and strengthen inspections and control of flash flood risk areas; 3. Real time monitoring of warning information, grassroots governments and relevant departments implementing the "call and respond" mechanism, and timely carrying out the work of transferring and sheltering people in dangerous areas; 4. Strengthen the monitoring and inspection of reservoirs (hydropower stations), silt dams, small and medium-sized rivers, and mountainous river channels to ensure the absolute safety of key protected objects in the flood control engineering system of the basin.
