IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Bands of heavy rainfall will spread across Southeast Georgia and Southeast South Carolina throughout the day. Widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts of 3 to 6 inches possible. Rainfall rates of up to 2 inches per hour will be possible within the heaviest rain bands.
