ภาคตะวันออก และด้านตะวันออกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจาก มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง สำหรับคลื่นลมที่พัดปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with isolated heavy rains in the East and the eastern part of the Northeast regions. The moderate wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 1-2 meters high while about 1 meter high in the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. ll ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
