Khan on 22nd August. • Gilgit-Baltistan: Rain-wind/thundershower is expected in Diamir, Astore, Ghizer, Skardu, Hunza, Gilgit, Ghanche, Shigar from 21st (evening/ night) to 23rd August with occasional gaps. • Sindh/Balochistan: Mainly hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts. However, rain-wind/thundershower is expected in Musakhel, Barkhan, Zhob, Kalat and Khuzdar on 21st (evening/night) and 22nd August.
• Heavy rains may cause Urban flooding in low lying areas of Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Mardan, Swabi, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot and Lahore during the weekend. • Heavy rain may cause flash flooding in local streams/ Nullahs in Kashmir, Murree, Galliyat, Islamabad and Rawalpindi during the forecast period. • Landslides may occur in hilly areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Murree, Galliyat and Kashmir during the forecast period. • Tourists and travelers are advised to remain cautious during the forecast period. • Farmers are advised to manage their crop activities keeping in view the weather conditions and take care of their livestock as well.
