ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้มีฝนตกต่อเนื่องและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านอ่าวไทย และภาคใต้ตอนกลาง ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 21-25 ต.ค. 69 ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนบน จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง กับมีลมกระโชกแรงบางพื้นที่ ในระยะนี้ขอให้ประชาชนติดตามข่าวพยากรณ์อากาศอย่างใกล้ชิด และเฝ้าระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลากได้
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนตกสะสมที่เกิดขึ้นต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังได้ ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The monsoon trough lies across the Gulf and the middle South while the high-pressure system from China covers the upper North, the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly wind prevails over Thailand and the Gulf. Continuous rain with isolated heavy to very heavy rain are forecat in the East and the South. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas. In addition, during 21–25 October 2026, rainfall will increase, bringing isolated heavy to very heavy rains along with gusty winds to the lower Northeast, the Central region including Bangkok and vicinity, the East, and the upper South.
People are advised to closely monitor weather forecasts and people in the affected areas should beware of gusty wind and heavy to very heavy rains and accumulated rainfall that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
