The Jiaohe Emergency Management Bureau and Jiaohe Meteorological Bureau jointly remind us to take preventive measures.
1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities; 3. Close doors and windows, reinforce structures such as enclosures, sheds, and billboards that are easily moved by the wind, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 4. Take proactive measures for water operations in relevant waters and for passing vessels, such as returning to port for shelter or navigating around.
