The meteorological department shall prepare for artificial hail suppression operations and carry out operations at appropriate times; 3. Outdoor pedestrians should immediately take shelter in a safe place; 4. Drive away poultry and livestock into covered areas, and properly protect outdoor items or equipment such as cars that are susceptible to hail attacks; 5.
