To this end, the Shapotou District Water Bureau and Shapotou District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a level four meteorological risk warning (blue warning) for mountain flood disasters. It is expected that from 20:10 on September 15th to 20:00 on September 16th, there may be a flash flood disaster in Xingren Town, Shapotou District. All personnel in and around the above-mentioned area of the ditch should evacuate immediately, stay away from the flash flood ditch and low-lying areas, and do not linger in and around the flood discharge ditch.
