บริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนบน และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มี ฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวเตรียมพร้อมระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่เสี่ยงใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over the coast of upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South. The moderate wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea will weaken up to be 1 - 2 meters high, about 1 meter high in the the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the country should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
