ประเทศไทยตอนบนยังคงมีสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน โดยมีลักษณะของฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรงและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง รวมถึงอาจมีฟ้าผ่าเกิดขึ้นได้ ส่วนภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ สำหรับภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและภาคเหนือ จะมีฝนลดลง เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนได้แผ่ลงมาปกคลุมภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และทะเลจีนใต้แล้ว ในขณะที่ลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทยตอนบน ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านอ่าวไทยและภาคใต้ สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังได้ ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังรวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
Another high-pressure system from China extended to the upper North and the upper Northeast while the easterly wind and the southeasterly wind bring moisture from the South China Sea to the eastern part of the Northeast and the East. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the Gulf and the South. More rains and variable weather with thundershower, gust wind, hail and isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall including lightning strike are likely in the upper country while isolated heavy rains remains in the South. After that less rain are possible in the upper North and the upper Northeast. The Andaman Sea and the Gulf, waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People should beware of severe conditions with heavy to very heavy rainfalls and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
