ประเทศไทยตอนบนจะเริ่มฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรงบางแห่ง และฝนตกหนักได้บางพื้นที่ บริเวณภาคเหนือ เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบนและทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลทำให้มีลมใต้และลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ พัดนำความชื้นจากอ่าวไทยและทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก มีกำลังอ่อนลง ในขณะที่ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีอากาศร้อน ส่วนภาคใต้มีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางแห่ง เนื่องจากลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามัน
