ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ในขณะที่บริเวณประเทศไทยมีฝน ตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ข ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมกำลังค่อนข้างแรงพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนบนและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่ หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับ มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเล อันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณจังหวัดเชียงราย พะเยา น่าน หนองคาย บึงกาฬ สกลนคร และนครพนม ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนัก ถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ ด้วย อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชันบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบน มีแนวโน้มจะทวีกำลังแรงขึ้นเป็นพายุโซนร้อน คาดว่า จะเคลื่อนผ่านไต้หวัน ในช่วง วันที่ 7 – 9 กรกฏาคม 2568 โดยไม่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อลักษณะอากาศของประเทศไทย และพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย
