บริเวณภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดหนองคาย บึงกาฬ และสกลนคร เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are 1-2 meters, in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
