ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางแห่ง แต่ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านประเทศเมียนมาตอนบน และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่พายุโซนร้อน “นาร์รา” บริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย มีกำลังอ่อน คลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง พายุโซนร้อน “นาร์รา” บริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย มีแนวโน้มจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณตอนใต้ของมณฑลกว่างซี ประเทศจีนในช่วงวันที่ 25-26 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย ขอให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปในบริเวณดังกล่าวตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางในช่วงวันดังกล่าวไว้ด้วย
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the weak monsoon trough lies across upper Myanmar and upper Laos into the tropical storm “NARRA” over the Gulf of Tonkin. Thundershowers are forecast in the country while isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the upper Northeast regions and the South (west coast). The rather strong winds force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In addition, tropical storm “NARRA” over the Gulf of Tonkin is expected to make landfall over the South of Guangxi, China during 25-26 August 2026. This storm will not move to Thailand. The travelers should check the weather conditions before traveling.
