ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางแห่ง และมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านประเทศเมียนมาตอนบน และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่พายุโซนร้อน “นาร์รา” บริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย อนึ่ง พายุโซนร้อน“นาร์รา” บริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย มีแนวโน้มจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณตอนใต้ของมณฑลกว่างซี ประเทศจีนในช่วงวันที่ 25-26 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย ขอให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปในบริเวณดังกล่าวตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางในช่วงวันดังกล่าวไว้ด้วย
The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the monsoon trough lies across upper Myanmar and upper Laos into the tropical storm “NARRA” over the Gulf of Tonkin. Thundershowers are forecast in the country while isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the upper North and the western part of the Central regions. The rather strong winds force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy rains and accumulation. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.
